Verso: Inventory number annotated in pencil: "UP34.36", the initials of a representative of The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. annotated in pencil: "VF", stamped with two blue inkstamps: "The Estate of Andy Warhol" and "The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc.".
