New Norwegian Auction Record: Theodor Kittelsen's "White Bear King Valemon" sold for NOK 36 mill.

More than ten bidders took part in a long and intense bidding that ended with the iconic work by Kittelsen being clubbed for NOK 36 mill. This is a great auction record and a new level for a Norwegian work of art. The buyer remains anonymous.
