Arnstein Arneberg (1882-1961) var en norsk arkitekt som hadde sitt eget firma i Oslo fra 1906. I 1916 deltok han og Magnus Poulsson i den første arkitekturkonkurransen for det nye Rådhuset; deres prosjekt ble suksessrikt gjennom alle deler av konkurransen. Arneberg og Poulsson ble i 1919 valgt som arkitekter for det nye Rådhuset. Samme år, tegnet Arneberg også det første muratelieret som Munch bygget på Ekely.

Arnstein Arneberg (1882-1961) was a Norwegian architect who had his own firm in Oslo from 1906. In 1916 he and Magnus Poulsson entered the first stage of a competition for architectural designs for the new City Hall; their projects were successful throughout all stages of the competition. Arneberg and Poulsson were chosen in 1919 to be the architects for the new City Hall. In the same year, Arneberg also designed the first brick studio which Munch built at Ekely. Woll, p. 366.
